About the role:
Are you passionate about driving eCommerce growth and optimizing digital experiences? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) commercial performance on a global scale.
As the Global D2C Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our D2C sales and profitability. You will work closely with our Market Units and Digital Team to ensure the highest possible Consumer Net Promoter Score (NPS) while driving strategic initiatives and optimizing our digital presence.
The impact you’ll make:
- Grow D2C Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies for product portfolio planning, activation, and digital shelf optimization.
- Collaborate on Go-to-Market Strategies: Work with Market Units to define and execute the best D2C strategies aligned with our company’s vision.
- Optimize Consumer Experience: Enhance payment methods, and consumer lifetime value to maximize NPS and lifetime value.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to boost conversion rates.
- Dynamic Pricing and Promotions: Utilize effective pricing tactics and manage promotional campaigns from planning to post-evaluation.
- Drive Digital Capabilities: Partner with the Digital Team to prioritize and implement digital capabilities and experiences.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a high-performing team of approximately 10 eCommerce professionals.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in eCommerce across D2C channels (.com, marketplaces) in complex, high-paced international environments.
- Skills:
- Expertise in eCommerce growth drivers
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with web technologies and eCommerce trends
- Fluent in English
