• Provide comprehensive KPI reports, solve ad-hoc problems with clear conclusions by understanding our users' (Evas) perspectives.
• Create data tools that empower team members (Adams) to perform similar analyses. Connect Eva's behavior to bunq's impact and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Bridge gaps between Eva's behavior and bunq, articulate conclusions clearly, and elevate data-driven decision-making.

This challenge is perfect for you if

• You're an expert in data analytics, familiar with tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or similar.
• You possess a solid understanding of business and finance principles, complemented by proven skills in behavioral and marketing analysis.
• You know how to leverage user data to provide insights and drive strategic decisions at scale.
• You speak English fluently.
• You love taking ownership, reflecting on and improving analysis processes, while leading by example and setting high standards to elevate team performance.
