We’re looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our P&C Team—ideally someone with experience in the energy sector. As we gear up to build our first Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) facility, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll take the lead on filling several complex, high-impact positions while also contributing to key projects like Employer Branding, DE&I initiatives, and optimizing our recruitment processes.

Our People & Culture team consists of 8 truly authentic professionals. We’re dedicated to supporting SkyNRG across all topics within our expertise. While we’ve made significant strides, we’re still navigating the design and implementation of important projects such as DE&I, Employer Branding, and smart tooling. There's plenty of opportunity to have a real impact as we continue to evolve.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the energy or sustainability sectors
• Ability to recruit for large variety of roles, including complex roles
• A solid Business Partner, someone who can lead the hiring process and advise hiring managers
• Passion for Employer Branding and DE&I initiatives
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Available to start immediately
