About the Job

In this internship, you will be part of the R&I Finance team at the R&I Utrecht Research Center. Our purpose is to support the financial mechanisms of our global company and contribute to the innovative R&I environment. During this internship, you will collaborate with various teams and coordinate/support on multiple initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting controlling activities such as rolling forecasts, strategic planning, and internal control.
• Automating financial processes and contributing to transversal projects aimed at maximizing business value.
• Participating in FP&A activities, including P&L and Cashflow closing/RF activities, and CAPEX activities.
• Collaborating with various functions, including Danone Business Services and other R&I stakeholders.

Sobre ti

As a Financial Controlling Intern, analytical skills will be second nature to you. You can work independently and as part of a team, and have a good knowledge of Excel, SAP, and PowerBi. On top of that? You’re an excellent communicator with an inclusive mindset who enjoys challenges and pays attention to details.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Master’s student in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields during the whole internship period.
• Ideally available to start in April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English – spoken and written.
• Able to work from our Utrecht office, at least 3 days per week.
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
