Responsibilities:

• Game Mastering: Guide players through their escape room experiences, ensuring they have a smooth and memorable adventure.

• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to players, handle inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Marketing Support: Assist with social media strategy, content creation, and analyse engagement metrics to improve company's online presence.

• Creative Problem-Solving: Step in to solve unexpected challenges in real-time, whether it’s troubleshooting during a game or adapting to changing priorities.

• Strategic Contributions: Work on broader company goals, such as developing team-building packages (like the Conscious Experience) or brainstorming new ideas for customer engagement.

• Event Planning: Occasionally assist with special events, such as birthday parties or corporate bookings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
