Jouw team

The Financial Shared Services department is where all national financial flows of Unica converge. The team is responsible for processing, analyzing, and reporting Unica's results at both the Group level and the Business Units level. It consists of 10 colleagues with extensive professional expertise, collegiality, and team spirit. Informing and assisting each other, taking responsibility, and working independently are key values.

Jouw uitdaging als Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you play a crucial role in the financial column. Together with your colleagues, you compile the figures, analyze the results, and report to the management of Unica's divisions, the board, various external parties, and other stakeholders.

Due to Unica's growth and further ambitions in a constantly changing world, no day is the same. In addition to regular financial duties, automation, digitalization, and robotization are crucial for increasing the added value of the financial department towards Unica and its clients. This is given much attention, and you will be a part of this. Thinking in terms of possibilities and having strong analytical skills are essential.

As a Financial Controller, you have a responsible, service-oriented role and partly ensure the financial administration of 10 entities and provide various financial reports. Besides monthly closures, your tasks include:

• Initiating process improvements, automation, digitalization, and robotization.
• Being the point of contact for many stakeholders on financial matters.
• Solving financial issues.
• Creating analyses/dashboards based on data from our systems.

We are looking for a Financial Controller based in Zwolle but who frequently visits the headquarters in Hoevelaken to collaborate even better with stakeholders there.

Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou

As a Financial Controller, you are highly analytical, proactive, and a real team player. You are energetic and familiar with reporting tools. Your CV should demonstrate:

• A completed HBO education in a financial field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge and experience with reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI or similar are a plus.
• Experience with project administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
