Technical Implementation Manager
As our new Technical Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of our new customers on our claims management platform. Your responsibilities consist of:
- Lead platform implementations: Manage end-to-end implementation projects of our claims management platform, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes;
- Define Implementation Scope: Understand client requirements, workflows, and integration needs for Openclaims;
- Project Timeline & Milestones: Develop a clear implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the client’s business operations;
- Ensure that necessary platform customisations (if applicable) are implemented correctly;
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between Openclaims, the client, IT teams, and external vendors;
- Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to verify that the system meets business needs;
- Hypercare Period: Provide hands-on support during the initial launch phase to address issues quickly;
- Internal and external communication: Communicate with our customers and the internal customer commits team about implementation (and integration) projects;
- Work closely with the support engineer: Work with the support engineer who will configure Openclaims to align with the client’s existing claims management workflows, set up appropriate user access levels based on client requirements, create training materials and provide first line support.
Job requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or implementations;
- You enjoy tackling technological challenges and experimenting with integrations;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- A proven track record of being well-organised, result-oriented, paying attention to detail, being a problem-solver and both quality and deadline focused;
- An energetic, entrepreneurial drive with a passion for clients;
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually;
- Fluent proficiency in English.
