The Carrier Implementation Manager integrates and optimizes new parcel carriers into vidaXL’s logistics network. You will lead the carrier onboarding process, working closely with internal teams (IT, procurement, warehousing) and external partners (carriers and TMS providers) to ensure seamless integration. Reporting to the Manager Parcel Distribution, you will manage global last-mile logistics and oversee the first-mile returns process.

You will:

• Lead the process of integrating new carriers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to set up data exchanges, pricing models, and carrier-specific shipping rules.
• Manage full-cycle carrier implementation projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly execution.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and address challenges during implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in carrier integration.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve tools like reporting and invoicing systems.
• Oversee relationships with e.g. TMS providers, track-and-trace, reporting, and invoicing tools.

You have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in carrier integration, logistics, or consulting, preferably within retail.
• Familiarity with logistics software, APIs, and/or TMS systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
