Join Our Team at Rituals

With Supply Chain, you are at the core of our operations. Simplicity and innovation come together to shape the future of our brand through smart solutions.

Share Your Talents

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Planner to join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. You’ll manage and improve the S&OP process for Innovation launches, ensuring the best possible demand forecast for optimal product availability across all business lines and countries.

As the end-to-end owner of the commercial planning process, you’ll drive improvements by collaborating with Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. You’ll act as the commercial link to Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Travel business teams, as well as supply planning and execution. You’ll also support Commercial Planners by validating forecasts and identifying key focus areas.

You’ll ensure accurate forecasting for your product categories, working closely with business partners. Once validated and approved, forecasts are integrated into the S&OP sales plan, driving a monthly rolling forecast that informs supply planning, shop replenishment, and financial budgeting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly S&OP process within the Innovation planning cycle.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to collect business drivers, track deadlines, and validate inputs.
  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner, influencing business leaders and challenging decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate the introduction and promo calendar within the Commercial Planning team.
  • Calculate annual, monthly, and weekly launch volumes for all business lines, countries, and key accounts, using insights from Innovation and latest business data.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, translating category trends and business inputs into clear forecasting actions in Logility.
  • Lead launch forecast validation and accuracy review meetings with stakeholders across Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Travel, and B2B.
  • Contribute to Demand Review, Weekly Category Table, and S&OP meetings, handling preparation, data validation, reporting, and follow-ups.

Bring All of You

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business economics, Business administration or Supply chain and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in supply, demand or S&OP planning
  • Experience in a Retail / FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical, planning & organising skills
  • Strong personality, excellent management, business partnering & communication skills
  • Creative attitude, open to new opportunities and not afraid of change
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English

You are flexible, you enjoy making things better every day and you are a team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company.
