As our Commercial & Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support the store development and commercial operations department in managing the efficient administration of wholesale commercial policies, communication, central projects, Go to Market (GTM) events and management of the real estate portfolio.

How you’ll help us.                  

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Director Store Development & Commercial Operations, and as part of the role, you’ll:    

• Create and maintain relevant databases of ASICS products and track their online distribution to identify cases outside our Selective Distribution Policy (SDP), with a special focus on those related to the Third-Party Platform (TPP) Policy.
• Create and maintain databases of ASICS wholesale customers’ contact details to manage communication with wholesale customers effectively.
• Provide administrative support for the sell-out support programme, where ASICS brand ambassadors assist in selling ASICS products to key wholesale customers in relevant stores.
• Support with direct-to-consumer (DTC) leases, such as lease renewals, terminations and short-term extensions for stores, external storages, and pop-up locations.
• Assist in creating yearly DTC budgets and their respective re-forecasts for rent, turnover (TO) rent, and service charges.
• Support and proactively engage in repairs and maintenance of our DTC store fleet, especially focusing on H&S works and face lift improvements.

More about you.      

• Qualification in relevant fields, preferably related to the sporting goods industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have experience in the retail business, preferably related to the sporting goods industry.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
