Your Job

Ben jij een inspirerende leider met passie voor Learning & Development? Als People Lead bij de COPS Academy stuur je een team van circa 15 (Digital) L&D Specialisten aan. Samen ontwikkelen jullie innovatieve leerstrategieën die bijdragen aan de groei van de Customer Service en Technician teams van VodafoneZiggo. Je richt je op de People strategie en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor thema’s als arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim en ontwikkeling. Door coaching en begeleiding stimuleer je de persoonlijke en professionele groei van teamleden en versterk je samenwerking binnen en buiten het team. Je creëert een open cultuur waarin high performance en innovatie centraal staan. Terwijl Product Owners en de teams het werk verdelen, focus jij je op hoe het team optimaal samenwerkt.

What you bring to the job

Jij motiveert en begeleidt teams naar succes. Met jouw strategische blik en kennis van L&D vertaal je het grotere plaatje naar een duidelijke richting voor het team. Je zorgt dat doelen écht worden behaald waarin de focus ligt op de hoe, de manier van werken. Dankzij je effectieve communicatie- en coachingsvaardigheden breng je energie, focus en richting. Zo krijg je mensen en processen op een positieve manier in beweging.

Verder breng je mee:

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het leiden van een team, met verantwoordelijkheid voor coaching, ontwikkelgesprekken en HR-taken zoals verzuimbegeleiding, talentontwikkeling en performance management
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een L&D gerelateerde rol met een strategische focus, binnen een corporate omgeving
• Ervaring en affiniteit met data gedreven werken, digitalisering en innovatie binnen het Learning & Development landschap
• Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van veranderprocessen in een complexe organisatie
• We werken Agile, bij voorkeur heb je hier al ervaring mee
• Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
• Je bent 32-40 uur beschikbaar per week

Naast interviews maakt ook assessment deel uit van het selectieproces.
