As an Executive Assistant at Just Eat Takeaway you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding planning, administrative and coordination support to our EVP Legal & Compliance and their team of Directors.
We are looking for an expert communicator, who is faultlessly organised. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the daily schedule for your stakeholders, including forward planning of workload, diary management, event planning and travel bookings. As someone who is one step ahead you’ll work to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders and ensure that the proper processes are followed or implemented to ensure efficient day-to-day planning.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home
