Introduction

Optimizely’s Enterprise Sales Team is responsible for growing revenue from our largest and most important customers and prospects. By focusing on our customer’s long-term goals and having a genuine desire to help solve their business problems, we aim to be viewed as a consultative partner in the eyes of our customers. We challenge, we teach, and we learn in order to provide expertise that pushes companies towards their goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for New Annual Recurring Revenue (new + expansion)
  • Execute strong sales process from discovery to close
  • Manage and deliver on an accurate forecast, predictably
  • Create and execute a territory plan which maximizes revenue generated from your business
  • Build and manage pipeline to 4x multiple using all channels available to you: SDR, Marketing CSM, Partners and most importantly; yourself
  • Effectively qualify deals to ensure time and resources are invested in the right pursuits
  • Build relationships with Senior Executives and line-of-business in accounts.
  • Educates prospects effectively across their entire business, from Marketing to Product to Engineering.
  • Navigates complex organizations and buying processes.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years full sales cycle in SaaS, ideally in Digital Experience/Mar-Tech closing 6-7 seven figure ARR deals
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • You have a burning desire to win
