This traineeship exposes you to two key departments: Coastal Engineering Installation (CEI) and Subsea Rock Installation (SRI). You’ll contribute to integrating specialized equipment in offshore operations and subsea rock installation, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. With three six-month rotations, you’ll gain exposure to long-term projects, logistics, contract management, and dynamic international work settings.

ABOUT YOU

You thrive in dynamic environments, embracing opportunities to adapt, learn, and contribute to complex projects. Collaboration and communication come naturally to you, and as a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, you are prepared to tackle challenging offshore projects.

Hard Skills:

  • A degree (HBO/WO) in Maritime Technology, Civil Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of logistics or contract management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
