Over the course of 18 months, you’ll rotate through three six-month placements, gaining valuable experience in both superintendent and project engineer roles. You will contribute to the preparation, execution, and delivery of installation projects, focusing on project-specific requirements, safety, and team collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and environments, with assignments at sea, at our office in Gorinchem, and/or at project sites around the world. 🌍

  • Contribute to the creation, preparation, and execution of cutting-edge offshore wind projects.
  • Apply innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of installation processes.
  • Support the implementation of technologies that reduce environmental impact and promote renewable energy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the success of complex, large-scale projects worldwide.

ABOUT YOU

You are flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about contributing to the global energy transition.

Hard Skills:

  • A degree (HBO/WO) in a technical or related field, with a preference for HBO.
  • Basic knowledge of project execution or logistics.
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
