KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the reporting of monthly actuals to ensure accuracy and completeness by performing relevant analysis in close collaboration with FP&A.
• Steer the financial closing process (consolidation and reporting) across finance regions and financial shared services.
• Ensure integrity of financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Act as a single point of contact for the business units relating to accurate and complete actual reporting of the P&L.
• Effectively manage various financial and executive stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling and/or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• At least 8 years' experience in a variety of finance roles.
• Strong understanding of systems and automation (preferably SAP CFIN and GR).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Affinity and passion for understanding the business behind the numbers.
• Analytical skills and ability to translate financial information into relevant management information.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
