As a Controls Support Engineer, you are a technical problem-solver for our customers. Your main tasks include quickly resolving system errors, tracking incidents, and coordinating with specialists when needed. Are you ready to dive in and support our customers? In your role you go beyond just fixing the issue, you support in executing a root cause analysis and find ways to prevent it from happening again. You are the go-to person for high-level software issues and regularly communicate with both service teams and customers.

Further responsibilities for this position:
You will join the Service Deployment Group which is part of the Vanderlande Warehousing Solutions Business Unit. You are working with global service desks to ensure 24/7 system availability.
