What will you be doing?

As a Spare Parts Coordinator (SPC), you will be at the heart of our dynamic Sales Solutions team, shaping the future of Spare Parts Packages for cutting-edge systems and their expansions. You won’t just follow processes—you will own them. From the initial concept to final delivery on-site, you will be the go-to person for our Project Execution and Service Implementation teams, ensuring every detail is spot-on.

This role is all about variety and impact. You will juggle multiple Spare Parts Packages at once, keeping everything running smoothly with your sharp organizational skills and eagle-eye accuracy. You will work closely with internal teams and customers, driving the entire process while making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

But it doesn’t stop there. This is your chance to leave your mark. By collaborating with colleagues around the globe, you will help shape and improve the Global Spare Parts business. You will oversee the entire journey, spotting opportunities to make things better and turning those ideas into real-world improvements. Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily operation and assuring timely delivery of the quotations.
  • Collecting spare parts information from third-party suppliers to create complete packages.
  • Proactively following up on Spare Parts Package quotations to keep projects on track.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and leading the implementation of smarter, more efficient processes.
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the internal organization and our customers.
  • Drive for structural improvements, resulting in an increased customer experience and improved effectiveness or efficiency.

Your profile

You represent as central point of contact for internal and external customers, which requires excellent communication skills. Your proactive commercial attitude enables you to persuade a customer of the added value of the Spare Parts Package proposition. Your input will effectively determine which spare parts the customer purchases.

  • You have finished a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • You have at least 2 years' experience in a B2B techno-commercial environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to seamlessly manage diverse stakeholders.
  • A natural motivator and team player who brings energy to the group.
  • A proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Good command of the English language.

About the team

You will join the Global Spare Parts department within the Business Unit Supply, a team dedicated to the marketing, procurement, sales, planning, and delivery of Vanderlande’s material handling Spare Parts on a global scale. The department is organized into two specialized teams:

  • Logistics: Focused on order management, customer support, and the seamless fulfillment of Spare Parts orders.
  • Parts Marketing and Sales Solutions: Responsible for product management, master data, e-commerce, marketing, and the creation and support of Spare Parts Packages.
