FunctieomschrijvingAls Manager Professional Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en ontwikkelen van het Accounting team, bestaande uit 8 consultants. Dit team implementeert boekhoudsoftware en adviseert klanten in België en Nederland. Je waarborgt klanttevredenheid, coördineert projecten en bevordert best practices. Je werkt nauw samen met andere managers en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt bij klachten. Je zorgt voor de professionele groei van je teamleden.
