About The Role

As our Supplier Business Manager, you will focus on driving new opportunities and growth at Waldom through opening doors, identifying impactful investments, and building strong relationships with our key Supplier Partners. You will be our expert in developing deep knowledge of our Supplier Partners, understanding their unique challenges, and providing them with innovative solutions!

You will join our expanding Supplier Team and report to the VP of Supplier Management here at Waldom. As our Supplier Business Manager, you will be a key player in driving Waldom and our key relationships to the next level!

What You’ll Do

  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners by engaging key decision-makers, establishing regular communication, and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with updates in HubSpot.
  • Implement and monitor programs with strategic partners by aligning on KPIs, tracking performance, reporting results, and resolving escalations related to purchasing, pricing, or account management.
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan with key suppliers to meet specific targets for POP growth, YoY sales growth, and new program retention rates.
  • Increase stock recovery receipts and sales by identifying opportunities to expand stock recovery programs with key suppliers.
  • Identify new prospects and revenue opportunities by promoting Waldom's value proposition, signing new programs, and building relationships with major stakeholders.
  • Execute new projects from start to finish by ensuring milestones are met, tracking progress in HubSpot, and onboarding relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s in Business administration, Supply Chain or related areas.
  • Three+ years of related electronics channel or electronics supplier experience desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
  • Strong project management & negotiation skills.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
