Job Purpose

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of construction methods and techniques across various projects. You lead a team of construction methods engineers and are responsible for allocating resources to ensure all project tasks are completed per budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that construction methodologies are implemented effectively on-site by product (FPSO, Brownfield, Renewables, etc.);
  • Maintaining effective coordination and communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and challenges;
  • Being responsible for maintaining and developing discipline team skill set and allocating resources to ensure that deliverables of your discipline in the project are completed per budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements;
  • Taking ownership of the construction methods engineering and design activities of your product.

Job Requirements

Education

At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience with 5 years in lead roles overseeing construction project teams, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams;
  • Possess knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and HSSE regulations, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in construction management software and tools.
