Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a Senior Professional, Marketing Operations for EMEA based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Planning & Operations for EMEA. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing department with administrative duties for primary - and sub-processes. The position is an integral part of the marketing team and responsible for assisting Marketing Planning & Operations, in a coordinating role, by tending to the back end of the seasonal Go-To-Market process.

Your Impact

Samples Mgmt process:

  • Communicate seasonal samples order deadlines to Regional Marketing functions
  • Gather all samples needs in collaboration with Regional Marketing functional teams to inform seasonal order menu
  • Place seasonal samples orders for Regional Hero Looks
  • Ensure photoshoot samples availability by support in tracking & releasing samples in a timely manner
  • Manage all samples in Marketing storage (excluding PR samples)

Shoot planning

  • Optimize seasonal shoot planning with a clear overview of all details (i.e., dates, locations, athletes featured, hero looks)
  • Support with product sourcing on marketing shoots; handle samples requests (i.e., ship)

Digital Asset Sharing Management

  • Responsible for asset sharing management of Global and Regional content to EMEA region; keep overview & lead delivery of assets on regional asset sharing tool (DAM)
  • Day-to-day management of DAM; own folder structure, communicate updates to the team

Translations

  • Handle translations requests for all different channels in collaboration with Regional Marketing functional teams (i.e., Ecomm, Retail, Creative, Channel, Category) & marketing agencies
  • Brief translations agency RWS, manage reviews & approvals, upload final translations in project mgmt. tool & Regional DAM
  • Track & keep oversight of marketing translations budget & communicate status to budget owner

Tools

  • Day-to-day management of regional Mktg. tools/systems. E.g., servicing users, granting permissions.
  • Have a good knowledge of the different tools (Adobe Workfront, DAM, Trasix, Tableau) used within the marketing team to be able to provide training to the teams in market & new teammates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience, proven experience as a marketing coordinator across sports and/or lifestyle brand(s) within Europe. Or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Exquisite (written and verbal) communication and people skills
  • Fluency of English, both conversational and written is an essential function.
  • BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience working for an international brand with a strong, premium, and distinct culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members across all departments.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Pro-active mindset ("Can Do") & Hands-on mentality ("does do" attitude); authentically engaged with people and situations
  • Flexible, very capable to adapt to changes in processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
