You begin your Hilti career with an 18-month program which aims to set you up for success by providing first-hand experience in the most relevant areas of the After Market Services (AMS).
The program consists of three phases:
These phases will give you a solid foundation to develop towards leadership positions within our AMS division and build a network that will help unlock international opportunities across the 120 countries in which Hilti has a presence.
