We’re looking for a Manager, Operations Support to join us in Schiphol, NL Job Purpose Manager Operations support is hands on position supporting department’s VP and the team on multiple aspects of platform operations. Working together with internal operations and Tech teams, this role will be supporting the department with post incident analysis, drafting and tracking improvement plans, following up on problem tickets, supporting LG Tech departments with regular operational updates, managing and planning intra departmental meetings and tracking actions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Incident Management support: Create executive summary decks. Create improvement plans decks from learnings and gaps identified from the incident and processes via the incident action logs. Track all suggestions and learnings from incident and ensuring incorporation in improvement plans. Track timely delivery of MIR to markets. Support department during ongoing incidents. Take the lead post incident to track all executive’s and department’s requirements. Manage on call rota for incident management. Collaboration and relationship building: Cross functional coordination across technical teams and managing agent. Operational process adherence and governance. Manage and agree operational process adjustments with managing agent. Support operational governance and strategic operations team. Support and manage department on maintenance and support agreements. Liaise between departments on procurement aspects and contracts. Inter departmental meeting management & reporting: Plan and manage agenda for department and intra department meetings and all hands. Draft department presentations. Participate in all operational calls and maintain and track relevant actions. Weekly/Monthly departmental KPI dashboards/reporting. Regular update to internal platform owners on problem tickets. Administration Document meeting minutes and follow-up on actions. Track and manage incident timelines with related impact and incident correlation. Timely escalation management for all deliverables. Support the department in operational process management and governance. Maintenance and governance of critical documentation. Adhere to departments processes, procedures and contractual obligations. Review EOS/EOL reporting on all platforms and track critical EOS components. Develop thorough understanding of contractual agreements between LG and its suppliers and LG and its customers. Maintain and track contractual changes pipeline. Develop and maintain internal operational processes. Support ISO27K compliance. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Relevant years of experience in a support role in an operational environment. General understanding of ITSM process. Strong written and verbal communication and relationship building skills. Strong command in written and verbal English. Ability to translate technical information into understandable language for executive audience. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent presentation building and presenting skills. Excellent skills on Office 365 products including Visio. PREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science/Telecoms). SKILLS & ABILITIES: Intellect and drive: problem solving skills with the ability to go the extra mile.
