Are you an ambitious student who self-identifies as a woman? Do you want to discover your strengths, maximize your potential, and connect with inspirational women from diverse backgrounds? If so, we invite you to apply for our Grow with BCG Women’s Mentorship Program.

This program is designed for students in the early stages of their undergraduate studies who are passionate about personal growth. From December 2024 to June 2025, we will select 10 outstanding students to participate in this six-month program.

What to Expect

Each participant will be paired with a BCG mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey. The program features six workshops led by professional trainers and BCG role models, alongside a variety of social activities.

During these six sessions, you will be encouraged to explore and develop your strengths, improve your teamwork skills, and acquire tools that will help you grow, reflect, and become the person you aspire to be. Your mentor will also offer personalized support through one-on-one sessions during the program.

Apply before November 3, 2024, for your chance to take your career beyond!

How to Apply

Applications are open to Dutch-speaking, undergraduate university students who self-identify as women. If you are passionate about personal growth and connecting with like-minded, inspirational people, we want to hear from you!

The application process consists of two steps:

Step 1: Profile Selection

Please ensure you have uploaded all the required documents no later than November 3.

  • Resume
  • High school transcript
  • University transcript (up to current date)
  • Cover letter (max 450 words)

In your cover letter, please answer the following questions:

  1. Why should we choose you as a mentee for this program?
  2. What do you hope to learn during this program?
  3. How would you benefit from having a BCG mentor?

You will receive feedback on whether you are invited to the next step no later than November 5, 2024.

Step 2: Virtual Q&A + Online Quantitative Math Test (QMT)

If you pass the profile selection, you will be invited to complete step 2 between November 5 - 12.

  • Virtual Q&A: In this step, you will receive a set of questions to assess your fit and motivation to participate in this program. You will be required to record your responses and submit them via the portal.
  • Quantitative Math Test (QMT): This online test evaluates your quantitative skills, logic, and business acumen.
