Project and Program Manager

Role

As a Project and Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with our Partner network on implementing enterprise-wide software solutions for many of the world’s largest companies. Within our Professional Services Organization, the successful candidate will work closely with analysts, product managers, key account executives, and customer project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong sense of customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day implementation of enterprise software solutions as led by Enablon Partners, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Operational management of the project (planning and organizational aspects).
  • Ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables (including internal validation and testing).

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.

Work Experience: 5+ years experience in IT Software Implementation

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills, particularly in Partner or Client-facing situations.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners.

Leadership: Models good leadership while mentoring others to develop as leaders and develop as a team; manages the process of innovative change.

Teamwork: Motivates the team to work efficiently together and acknowledges each team member’s contributions while celebrating team success. This includes working with team members in remote offices or through virtual environments.
