AI Internship Program

As a part of the (Gen)AI Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to experience consulting and make a lasting impact on our clients in Retail, Financial Services, and Healthcare. You will work on (Gen)AI projects for our clients to create awareness on the topic, help clients move forward with their data, and create data-driven organizations. This is a chance to let your (Gen)AI expertise strengthen the consulting work we already do. Internally, we have one spot open to make an impact on our staff teams: Marketing, HR, and Finance.

You will be part of the (Gen)AI Internship Program, a team of interns that work across different sectors and capability teams. Depending on your background and field of interest, you will be placed in one of the following teams: Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Business Engineering, Transformation, Data & AI, or internally at IG&H. In addition to your internship assignment, you also participate in our IG&H Academy. This development program consists of training courses, inspiration sessions, and social activities.

What you bring

• You are a master's student in a business, mathematical/econometrics, or technical field
• Strong affinity with (Gen)AI and Data Science
• You have excellent Dutch and English language skills
• You are entrepreneurial and business-oriented
• You have a top sports mentality; we are looking for talents that want to continuously be better
