đŸ„œ In a nutshell

Picnic's tech team has grown impressively every year. We launch new teams every ~12-18 months to ensure we maintain a focus on building high-quality products. Our Product Owners grow in tandem with Picnic: you will be part of an increasingly growing team in people, numbers, and complexity. The role has an important analytical component centered around analyzing data from both end-users and our systems. With the insights you develop, you will steer the direction of our tech products that we build in-house (e.g., Picnic App, Warehouse Systems, Customer Service etc.).

If you are someone fascinated by smart business models and building cool products, let's definitely get in touch! During the recruitment process, we will explore your strengths, areas for growth, and determine which product team would be your perfect match!

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Combine user research and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our current supply chain.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and our other product teams.
  • Build and support a highly effective team in a rapidly growing organization, together with your technical counterpart.
  • Foster an environment in which your team can excel and elevate the product to the next level.

⭐ About you

  • You have a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Robotics, or related fields.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a product-led organization, ideally as a Product Analyst or Product Owner for logistics products.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and embrace having data & tech at the core of everything you do.
  • You're deeply passionate about shipping great products with great user experiences.
  • You possess solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders.
  • You hold an EU working permit or citizenship.
