Senior Consultant Energy Transition

As a Senior Consultant, you will work on various energy transition-related topics and projects. Focusing on the challenges faced by companies in the energy sector in both The Netherlands and across Europe. Contributing to a robust and sustainable energy system.

You will support clients in achieving their sustainability goals leveraging new technologies and digitalisation opportunities. Focussing on the realisation of business transformations in an integrated way: from strategy to implementation in organisation, processes, and technology.

You will define, describe, and present solutions for our clients. Subsequently, you will plan, manage, and execute these solutions in multi-disciplinary teams. And guiding clients' teams in working on these changes, managing, and coaching them along the way.

Who we are looking for

• University Master's degree in a technical, science, business, or international relations direction with excellent grades
• 3+ years of working experience; consulting experience and/or experience of electricity and gas markets
• Sharp analytical skills, creative and strategic / forward-thinking
• Excellent communication skills, able to listen to and mobilise people
• International experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong organisational capabilities
• Fluent in English (minimum C1), and fluent in at least one other European language
• Clear link with the Netherlands: you live or studied here or are otherwise connected
• Most importantly: a keen interest in the energy transition and a clear desire to contribute to robust and sustainable energy systems in The Netherlands and Europe!
