Job Description: Digital Marketer

To continue our rapid growth in the field of Global Risk Management Software, we’re looking for new talent to boost our digital marketing efforts, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

As the Digital Marketer in our team, you'll play a crucial role in executing sales and marketing plans for our cutting-edge products by managing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and web. You’ll be joining a talented, fun Marketing team within Wolters Kluwer, a global organization that cares deeply about Environmental solutions, Risk Management, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Plan, coordinate, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and organic channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, and evaluate and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Oversee our website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and SEO.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and implement improvements for page optimization and content effectiveness.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of your output, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
  • Establish and adapt our digital marketing processes to better align with our global strategic vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within software or tech industry.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling content, experience in design is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, and SalesForce preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and partner teams.
  • Must speak and write flawless English – multi-lingual (EN/NL, EN/ES, etc.) is a bonus.
