Job description

As EazeGames is scaling, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who will support our marketing department in all its efforts. Your main objectives will be user acquisition, player engagement, and brand awareness.

You’ll be joining our marketing department alongside the Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer. Together you’ll manage a substantial annual budget to realise EazeGames’ ambitious goal of becoming a European player’s first choice to play and compete in the most popular skill-based games for cash prizes.

About you

You’re a team player with a blend of skills that will drive our brand and our campaigns to new heights. In addition to a strong foundation in paid advertising, you know SEO, branding, and copywriting.

We move on a scale-up pace, therefore, you’re a go-getter with a broad skill-set and great vision to expand the EazeGames brand. You have a data-driven growth mindset, ready to run creative experiments and get shit done.

Experience in the gaming industry, especially in user acquisition is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Write compelling messaging to effectively convey product value.
  • Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimise results.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Leverage market research to improve marketing strategies and anticipate industry trends.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the gaming sector.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics and CRM software)
  • A solid grasp of digital marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, including player demographics, key market trends, and major industry players (preferred).
