Share your talents

To spot, engage and hire top-tier Talent!

Wether you call yourself a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Acquisition Parter, you know exactly how to spot, engage and reel in those top-notch candidates! At Rituals we have two exciting opportunities for a seasoned Recruiter focussing on Business Technology and Supply Chain.

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Pooling, Candidate Experience and Stakeholder management for our Business Technology and for our Supply Chain department. Next to 360 degree recruitment, you'll be focusing on Talent Pooling and Talent Events in the upcoming year. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain your own Talent Pools. Disclaimer: we’re not looking for hardcore dev recruiters but having experience with recruiting techies is a big plus for the Business Technology position.

For 36-40 hours per week, you enjoy working (and laughing) with your HR, TA and EB colleagues. Your main tasks and responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Full 360 degree recruitment from intake to pre-hire/onboarding
  • Set up and execute yearly TA (and EB) plans to facilitate the recruitment needs of your designated lines of business(es)
  • Build and maintain Talent pools (including Talent Events) from scratch
  • Participate and own bigger TA Projects (mainly focused on HQ but there are opportunities to participate in Global TA projects

You know us a retailer with shops all over the world! Our ‘Central Head Office’ (a.k.a. ‘CHO’, but commonly known as ‘HQ’) is located in the heart of Amsterdam at the iconic Keizers- and Herengracht. And that’s where you will be working.

We are a fun bunch to work with (we’re a team of 11) and we live by our Rituals motto: ‘High on Energy, low on Ego and with a little bit of humor’. We are a part of the bigger Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team and we have a dotted line to our TA counterparts who are responsible for Retail and Local HQ recruitment.

Bring all of you

We’re curious to hear from you – who you are, what you can bring and want you want to learn from us! So bring all of you and show us what you’ve got!

It goes without saying that we would love to see some specific experience in your resume:

  • 3 or more years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, with 360 degree recruitment responsibility
  • Great (stakeholder) skills – towards your Hiring Managers, your HR peers and of course towards your candidates
  • You are a natural communicator! You love speaking with people but more importantly – you can get your message across and maintain relationships
  • Previous experience with building and maintaining Talent Pools would be beneficial
  • Mastering the English language is a must
