Technical Support Intern

Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Technical Support Intern in Hoofddorp office.

Responsibilities:

· Familiarize with Alarm, Access control & Video intercom, SaaS product, and assist in completing new product testing tasks.

· Assist technical engineers in project testing, setup, and demonstration, and write test reports.

· Assist customers in resolving technical issues with products, including hardware and software installation, debugging, and troubleshooting.

· Assist in writing and organizing internal materials (translation, technical documents, solution specifications, etc.).

Requirements:

· WO/HBO Bachelor’s or Master’s student. No limitation on majors, but engineer related background has priority.

· Fluent in English and Chinese, especially writing and speaking.

· Full time intern is preferred.
