As a CRO Specialist at Picnic, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our website's performance and enhancing user experiences. You'll be actively involved in driving website conversions through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making. This position allows you to apply your hands-on experience to craft creative solutions, ensuring our digital presence is as effective and engaging as possible.

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Increase Website Conversion: You will be responsible for improving website conversion rates by identifying and implementing key initiatives. Running A/B tests and making data-driven improvements to optimise conversion paths should come naturally to you.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience. Implement changes to make the website more user-friendly and effective in increasing conversions.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary contact for all website-related issues. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the employer branding team, web team, and recruitment operations, to align website content and functionality with business goals and user needs.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor website performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and highlight the impact of implemented changes.
  • Hands-on Implementation: Actively involved in executing changes directly on the website. This includes updating content, tweaking design elements, and making technical adjustments to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

  • Experience: 1-3 years in CRO or a related field.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including employer branding, web teams, and recruitment operations.
  • Structured and Analytical: Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies. Proficient in running experiments, interpreting results, and managing projects efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CMS, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and basic HTML/CSS. Capable of making direct website changes and troubleshooting issues.
  • User-Centric: Focused on understanding and meeting user needs to enhance website experience and conversions.
  • Proactive: Always seeking to improve the website, keep up with industry trends, and implement innovative, precise solutions for better engagement and conversions.
