Location: Amsterdam

In the EDM Marketing team we are responsible for operating Coty’s Prestige portfolio of +20 fragrance, make-up and skincare brands in +40 markets across EMEA, through +20 independent distributors and 3 e-Comm pure players. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and, together with our colleagues from the broader EDM organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with +350 M consumers.

The ideal candidate will choose this role - Luxury Marketing Manager in the very dynamic EDM team, working on luxury priority brands such as Gucci (fragrances and Makeup) focusing on exciting priority projects for Coty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibility will be to drive the sustainable growth of prestige brands collaboratively with our distributor partners in +40 countries and multi-functional EDM team, while protecting the brand equity at all times.

Performing a rich variety of tasks which are not limited to;

  • Be the brand equity gatekeeper towards our partners by ensuring all activations are in line with the corporate and brand guidelines.
  • Localize the global brand strategy and deploy it to our DSRs and e-Comm partners.
  • Guide and work closely with media, DSRs and e-Comm partners on activating the brand through winning go-to-market strategies and equity building activations.
  • Brand P&L responsibilities as well as sell-in / sell-out tracking.

As Marketing Manager you will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Sales, Ecommerce, Finance, Supply Chain.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Marketing Manager, you will be proactive, driven, a team player who believes in strong collaboration and will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that will have;

  • University Degree, preferably in Business/Management/Economics/Marketing but not a must.
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Experience within the Beauty industry is a plus
  • Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
