Job location: Barcelona, Spain About the role: The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations Strategy plays an important role in developing and executing the investor relations strategy at Novartis, including collaborating with stakeholders across the company to report on key financial information and preparing analytical work on topics including valuation, returns, and shareholder and industry trends
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to gather information related to quarterly financial performance and ensure the accuracy of data and alignment of external messaging
Support development of earnings and investor communications materials including presentations, press releases and financial reports
Monitor sell-side coverage and provide insightful summaries to senior management on industry developments, market trends, financial results and competitor performance
Track and maintain sell-side estimates, ratings, consensus and other relevant data
Research and create strategic analyses addressing topics including valuation, returns, volatility and business performance
Develop quarterly market update presentations for the Board of Directors
Prepare analyses on institutional ownership and share trading flows and support investor targeting projects
Minimum Requirements: Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or other relevant fields
Knowledge of finance processes, especially planning and forecasting, performance management, management reporting
Strong execution with timely delivery of reports and analyses
Efficient process management and sense of urgency
Impactful contributions to strategic projects
