As a data analyst within CDS, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, performing analysis, visualising in Power BI and conveying your key insights to your stakeholders. You contribute by prioritising and giving a positive impulse to a data-driven way of working in collaboration with the business. Within CDS we focus on bringing customer data and processes in control and we help change programs by making impactful analyses.

Customer Data Solutions (CDS) is the end-to-end product unit responsible for generic customer processes and all customer and party data. CDS consists of 4 departments: CDS Data office, Customer Generic Processes, CDS Grid and Steering & Expertise. The data analyst will be part of the CoE BI & Data Analytics team (part of CDS Data Office).
