Job Overview

We are seeking a Treasury Assistant or Specialit based in Oisterwijk, Netherlands. This role is essential in supporting our treasury operations in the Netherlands and ensuring efficient financial processes. We welcome both young graduates and experienced candidates to apply.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Oversee the weekly control and payment of outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Guarantee Forms: Prepare guarantee forms as required by the construction business, adhering to company standards and legal requirements.
• Bank Communication: Maintain regular communication with banks, handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Cross-Country Project Support: Collaborate with teams across different countries to support treasury-related aspects of projects.
• Liaising with Operating Management: Coordinate treasury activities as required with the local operating management and colleagues at other group companies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English. German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior experience as a clerk in bookkeeping, banking, audit, insurance, or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliability and trustworthiness with a high level of integrity.
