Purpose of Role

This is a 6-month contract position based in our EMEA Headquarters in Amsterdam. Recruiting is a key component to the success of Under Armour. The Contract Recruiting Specialist will support the EMEA Region with Corporate recruiting, sourcing and scheduling efforts. This role is critical to ensuring we attract and hire top talent for various positions, especially those that are high-volume and difficult to fill.

Your Impact

  • Review and screen applicants for open positions, with a focus on high-volume and niche roles to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Provide detailed notes from conversations with candidates and provide to Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Utilize proactive and creative recruitment methods to attract and source a strong pool of candidates using online recruiting resources.
  • Create and post job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • As needed, coordinate and schedule interviews, including initial hiring manager and panel interviews.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including creating employment contracts and other related documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR Teams.


  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an agency, in-house recruiting, or high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
