Wat ga je doen als Consultant binnen Digitale Transformatie?

• Als echte verbinder draag je zorg voor de verandering die nodig is om te kunnen werken op de digitale werkplek van de toekomst.
• Je bent gesprekspartner voor zowel management als medewerkers bij de veranderkundige kant van werken met data en technologie.
• Je coördineert de adoptie van digitale projecten en processen en zorgt dat deze soepel worden opgenomen in de bedrijfsvoering.
• Je begeleidt verschillende ingewikkelde digitale transformatieprojecten, inspireert teams en zorgt voor de beste samenwerking tussen ICT- en dataprofessionals en de lijnorganisatie
• Je vergroot het digitaal leiderschap van directieteams en teamleiders

• Salary between €3,200 and €6,500. Your knowledge, experience and (growth) potential will be taken into account in our final offer
