This is a newly created role to develop portfolio solutions from channel/customer/ region perspective to solve specific problem
with meaningful long term incrementality. This role will act as the main counterpart for Foods marketing team (cover both Snacks and Quaker category) in the new Channel out process and also the coordinator within Foods marketing team for all projects categorized as ‘Channel out’.
- Lead the channel out solution from category perspective, responsible for the on-time launch of projects
project management:
o Responsible for the overall channel out project management and projects allocation within category team based on cauterized projects complexity and internal resources
o Develop timeline and collaborate X-function team resources
o Directly lead to develop projects which are less complex
o Hold regular meeting and drive in-time actions for the purpose of meeting critical gate guardrail and timing, Identify critical tasks, risks as well as mitigation plan for the project
Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority Execute and optimize the current processes Pro-actively manages process exceptions
Optimize process to accelerate launch and drive agility of x-function collaboration and well control risks along the way
Commercialization and Project Management experience
Brand marketing innovation experience
