Procurement Internship

AMSTERDAM, COTY HQ

At Coty we are looking for ambitious Procurement Interns with a hands-on mentality. As a Procurement Intern you will be working with our Direct/ Indirect Procurement teams based in our Headquarters office in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands. This internship will be per January 2024.

About Procurement in Amsterdam

Our Amsterdam HQ organization houses Global Direct Category teams (responsible for Packaging, Raw Materials and External manufacturing) and Global Indirect Category and EMEA Procurement teams (responsible for Media, Digital, Marketing, Business Services and Logistics). We are a diverse team of many nationalities and backgrounds with passion for people development and drive our Coty transformation journey. The teams identify improvements/projects and roll these out to provide added value, service, and necessary funds to reinvestment back to the business to drive top line of our beautiful brands.

What can we offer?

We have seven eight Procurement Internship positions within Coty HQ. In the sub-function of Direct Procurement, we offer the internship roles in the business arears of Direct Materials, Glass, and Raw Materials and in the sub-function of Indirect Procurement the internship roles in the business areas Business Services, Content & Retail, and Logistics. In addition, we are hiring for a Procurement Capabilities Intern.

Requirements

• Student (Bachelor/Master), it is important you remain enrolled with your university.
• Passion for beauty and our brands, strong affinity with dynamic environment
• Analytical, good with numbers and strong excel skills.
• Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value.
• Proactive and hands-on
• Flexible and loves challenges
• Good administrative & communication skills and likes to work in a team
• Fluent in English

Period
This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 5-6 months and starts from August/September 2024. Remote working is possible up to 50% of your time, in alignment with your line manager. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
