ABOUT THE ROLE

Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of fragrances’ market dynamics across Iberia , brand management and ownership, Marketing strategies and how it applies across the market

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our CB Fragrances Marketing Trainee, you are responsible for assisting the CB Fragrances Team in the growth of its brands.

CB Fragrances Marketing Trainee has the mission to collaborate with the CB Fragrances Team in the growth of its brands in the market, taking part of all the tasks that this objective takes. In some parts and processes the CB Trainee will contribute fully to the task, and in some parts, will contribute learning.

Your main focus:

Some of the duties that the CB trainee will cover are:

  • Assisting the team in sell in & sell out analysis of the brands
  • Assisting the team in the execution of new launches activations at POS ( trade marketing), ecommerce, digital, influencer marketing
  • Assisting the team in the execution of icons activations at POS ( trade marketing), ecommerce, digital, influencer marketing
  • Assisting the team in the follow up of budgets

The team consists of CB Fragrances Brand Manager and CB Fragrances Junior Brand Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as sales, trade, finances, supply chain, demand departments.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  • Master the English language on a near native level
