As the Stay Operations Intern, you will support with managing the room operations across all our hubs, reporting to the Stay Operations Manager. Together you work on stay related projects, that all have the purpose is to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in our rooms while driving operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You support in maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a positive and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy their stay. You are a self-motivated individual who has a positive influence on local teams, driving improvements forward.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll support Director of Stay and Stay Operations Manager with overseeing day-to-day room operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • You’ll do regular auditing of compliancy to TSH standard across all Stay products
  • You’ll monitor guest feedback, reviews, and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement, new offerings, and revenue growth in room operations.
  • You’ll support with the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.

Who You Are

  • You're a student! You're currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • You are detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You're currently enrolled in a European University
