Key Responsibilities:Support Head of CSK to execute and implement activities and assignments in scope of the CSK program in Vietnam as delegated by the Head of CSK Vietnam and be responsible for all administrative, operation, documentation and logistic arrangements for engagement with key HCO and partners implementing the CSK activities at project sites, in compliance with the standard operation procedures of GH&S and Novartis Vietnam Country OfficeDrive competitive products access and identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis (act as ambassador between CSK FF and IM CV-R (Retails Channel) Lead).Accountable for timely team utilization of BeSure, FUSE, Agora and other tools/platforms for continuous improvement in targeting and QTQ.Responsible for regular performance follow up, data collection, payment supporting documents and reporting between HCO, ESP and Novartis.Works within ethical and compliance policies.Serves as a communication bridge from field to back-office management team and line manager.Essential Requirements:Bachelor/master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine or public health.2 years of experience in customer-facing positions. Familiar with field force excellence tools in pharmaceutical industry. Exposure to HSS and social access program/projects is an advantage experience.Languages: Vietnamese, Proficient in English (written & verbal communication)Why Novartis?
