Position Description / Responsibilities

Duties of the Trainer include:

  • Provide customised training in accordance with the client needs

  • Provide advice on training content and delivery (e.g. for course reviews/ proposals)

  • Have an interactive training delivery style incorporating adult learning techniques

  • Create a positive learning experience in the classroom by encouraging positive participant engagement and motivation to apply the learning

  • Deliver courses from beginner to advanced level of complexity

  • Mastering course content and related courseware, to the required level of certification

  • Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas

  • Provide guidance and support to trainees and /or internal team as appropriate

  • Regularly review and evaluate training to ensure quality training and continuous improvement

  • Regularly provide course feedback and discuss student expectations to the Training Lead and recommend improvement of courseware from a content and/or delivery perspective

  • Upskill in new technologies and develop training skills as per performance management and training development plan

  • Conduct QA assessments in a timely manner to meet client requirements

  • Maintain relevant assessment documentation and records

  • Promote Accenture Learning services and client's educational services

  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork

  • Contribute to service quality and value-add initiatives as required

Shift work and / or night work may be expected depending on changes in business requirements.
