About this role:

As our Channel Owner - Display & Video, you’ll play a vital role in the Performance Marketing team. As we transition to a new way of working, you’ll contribute towards future Performance Marketing channel strategies and setup. As a true channel owner you will work to generate and implement category leading playbooks for your channel.

As someone who is passionate about innovation, you’ll work to continuously seek step-change improvements in current and new Digital Marketing platforms within your channel.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Develop category leading playbooks for a defined set of Paid Performance Marketing channels across App Marketing and Display & Online Video.
  • Drive execution of channel & platform playbooks across all markets
  • Continuous develop playbook and channel performance across all markets for defined set of channels and platforms
  • Set & improve performance KPIs across markets together with regional Performance Marketing teams for defined set of channels and platforms
  • Closely collaborate with platform partners to deploy new solutions for JET and influence the product development according to our insights and needs
  • Act as a resource for the Regional Teams and Stakeholder for requests that come out of the commercial activity
  • Build and lead test and learn agenda for defined set of channels and platforms across all markets

What will you bring to the table?

  • Established experience in Performance Marketing
  • Expert understanding and high level of experience in aspects of Performance Marketing, specifically App Marketing and Display & Online Video.
  • Experience working with Mobile Demand Side Platform Partners such as liftoff, Remerge, Jampp etc.
  • Experience working on App Marketing campaigns within Apple and Google ACe and ACi.
  • Experience working with Demand Side Platforms (DSP's) such as DV360
  • Experience in working in international environments and matrix structures
  • Knows how to build strong relationships across a business
  • Strong analytical acumen, structured thinking and perseverance - going from insight to strategy to execution
  • Experience in large scale consumer ecommerce business
