Support the effective delivery of Recruitment Operations processes by ensuring high-quality administrative and operational support.

The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting stakeholders, and enabling a smooth and efficient recruitment experience while ensuring compliance with internal standards, procedures, and service levels.

This is a fixed-term role for approximately 6 months.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day Recruitment Operations support in line with agreed procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, candidates) to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records within recruitment and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Support coordination and execution of key recruitment activities across the end-to-end process
  • Handle candidate and stakeholder queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and resolution
  • Process and store sensitive candidate data in line with company policies and data protection standards
  • Maintain and update process documentation, reports, and trackers as required
  • Apply and promote best practices in Recruitment Operations processes
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively suggest enhancements within own area of responsibility

About you

  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different functions
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and guidelines with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, administration, or shared services environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems (nice to have)
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and continuously improve
