We are seeking a Global Luxury Brand Manager to define the vision and shape the future of our value proposition for the Luxury and Ultra-Luxury cruise segments. You will lead the strategic evolution of our luxury offering, spanning brand positioning, service excellence, and operational delivery in the luxury cruise market.

About the job

  • You'll define the strategic vision, mission, and essence for our luxury offering, emphasising exclusivity, personalisation, sustainability, and flawless execution.
  • Partnering with regional leadership, you'll define the organizational setup and lead the luxury project across all areas of the business.
  • You'll develop the luxury framework, including non-negotiable service standards, exclusivity elements, premium transportation, concierge-style handling, and experiential differentiators.
  • Working with Global Operations, you'll define and implement luxury-specific SOPs for cruise delivery, covering concierge service levels, guide requirements, transport standards, and communication protocols.
  • Together with the Global Product team, you'll support local teams in building strategic alliances with specialist suppliers, local artisans, luxury transport providers, and hospitality partners.
  • Representing our luxury position in client meetings and industry events, you'll partner with Global Key Account Management to showcase the luxury proposition to cruise principals.

About you

  • You bring proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium travel, cruise operations, incentives, or brand management within high-end sectors.
  • Your strong leadership and project management skills enable you to drive complex transformations across multiple functions.
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, you build meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, global environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Your proficiency in budget management and performance tracking ensures commercial success alongside exceptional guest experiences.
