Naïf is on a mission to change the world of personal care while protecting and caring for the environment that our children, and their children, will live in. We make personal care products that are mild for sensitive skin and less harmful for the planet. We were the first brand to introduce plastic-free wet wipes in the Netherlands, and we actively campaign against the use of microplastics in personal care products.

Naïf offers everything needed for babies, from diaper cream to plastic-free wipes, shampoo, and sunscreen. The products are made with natural ingredients, and without mineral oils, microplastics, or SLES.

Your role

Parenting is a wild ride, and we’re here to make it easier for parents. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and high-energy Brand Manager to help us become the go-to brand for new parents. From the “magic moment” of a first product sample to influencer collaborations, you own the touchpoints that matter. If you can bring a purpose brand to life by rolling up your sleeves, we want to talk to you.

What will you do:

  • Translate big-picture goals into actionable tactics that drive awareness and loyalty.
  • Get closer to new parents through social media and PR by sharpening our presence and creating relatable content together with an agency.
  • Build a network of authentic brand ambassadors through influencers and experts who can tell the brand story.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with brands and organizations that share our values to expand our reach.
  • Create “wow” moments through events and sampling at fairs and via experts.
  • Monitor our gifting approach to ensure that every parent-to-be gets Naïf when they need it most.
  • Offer international support to the DE/AT team, ensuring brand consistency, sharing successes, and scaling best practices across borders.
  • Track impact by monitoring KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales, while managing the budget effectively.

What will you bring?

  • You are passionate about our mission and want to help turn the personal care industry upside down.
  • You love results and are not afraid to pivot, test, and learn.
  • You are strategic and also willing to roll up your sleeves to execute an event or partnership.
  • You understand the modern parent: their needs, fears, and where they spend their time.
  • You have up to 3 years of experience building purpose brands and know how to tell a story that goes beyond the product.
  • You know what’s buzzing on Instagram and TikTok.
  • You’re highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Your excellent communication skills make working with different teams and people feel like second nature.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

Working at Naïf

Working at Naïf means contributing to real change in the world of personal care. The role also comes with:

  • Working in a scale-up culture full of energy, impact, freedom, and a motivated team.
  • A beautiful office in the center of The Hague, with hybrid working possibilities.
  • At least 25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis.
  • A discount on a gym membership at Urban Sport Club.
  • Many development opportunities through an in-house training program.
  • Many Naïf products.

Naïf is more than just a company to work for: it is a sustainable skincare brand with products coming straight from our hearts. We strive to improve ourselves every day. Innovative ideas and your input are greatly valued. Creativity is highly appreciated and stimulated. We are a fast-growing start-up with a beachfront office in The Hague and operating on an international level. This results in new and exciting challenges every day.
